I worked on a teeny part of a huge project and developed a fictional, yet entirely functional alphabet for a language used by Faeries and Elves (!) for the Roku TV series The Spiderwick Chronicles. I collaborated with linguistic anthropologist Christine Schreyer, who created the language from scratch, Jenn Kao and her team of writers who guided the look of the written language, and director Kat Coiro, who spearheaded the project.
Surprisingly, this was the first font I've ever created.
